Job requirements：

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering
2. At least 5 years of work experience in the automotive industry
3. Understanding the basic structure and electrical principles of automobiles, familiar with daily vehicle fault diagnosis and analysis skills are preferred
4. Having experience in communicating with customers, familiar with the quality improvement process and requirements of the main engine factory; Able to independently complete quality improvement reports such as 8D reports
5. Familiar with management systems such as IATF/VDA in the automotive industry, able to use tools and methods to solve quality problems
6. Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills, able to mobilize internal resources to solve problems, and strong ability to withstand pressure
7. Good oral and written English skills, able to communicate directly with foreign clients
