The global manufacturing PMI was 49.1% in February 2024

According to the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the global manufacturing PMI in February 2024 was 49.1%, down 0.2 percentage points from the previous month, but stable at more than 49% for two consecutive months, higher than the average level of 47.9% in the fourth quarter of last year, indicating that the recovery of the global manufacturing industry is still relatively stable, and the recovery level is still better than that in the fourth quarter of last year.

In terms of regions, compared to last month the manufacturing PMI in Asian although decreased, it was still kept at more than 50%; increased in Africa and Europe and decreased in the America, both are below 50%.
