Charging for 2024, setting off at a new start - Yannis Management Improvement Training

The content of this training covers the links of the manufacturing industry, the responsibilities of on-site managers,the course goes in a way of the combination of lectures and interactions, which provids new ideas for everyone' work of this year.


3. Stick figure games

At the beginning of the meeting, in order to better understand everyone in each other, Mr. Yang asked everyone to draw "the animal that is most similar to themselves" in the form of a simple brush, and the friends fully showed their artistic and drew small animals that are similar to their own personalities.



4.Unity and cooperation for a win-win future 

In this training course, everyone is fully expressed their views and opinions. For teacher's questions, they actively thinking and discuss with each other, also integrate the team's wishdom then explain to others. In this way, the teamwork of solving problems and express themselves are promoted.


The 6-hour training course are quickly comprehended and absorbed by every participants, and will be applied to their management work, which will improve their management quality. so as to promote the production and operation of the work to a new level, and make effort to pave the way for the new journey in 2024.
