In order to reflect the company's humanized management and care for employees, and to enhance the employees' sense of identity and belonging to the company.

the company organized the team-building with the theme of "Team cooperation, pursuing excellence, joint effort to a better future". 

On the afternoon of May 30, the team building activity officially kicked off. the company prepared plenties of fruit and drinks. during the activity, new employees also introduced themselves and their hometow with others.

The company organized a series of wonderful games such as paper-plane flying competition, frying higher, balloon blowing, transmission, passing through the cave, etc. The staff worked together very well and finished the games perfectly.

The game competetion is fierce but everyone was enjoyed, they all activiely took part in and worked well together to win the games one after one.  

After the competition, GM Mr zhao presented awards to the winning team members in person. Everyone raised the prizes in their hands with joy and excitement on their face. and it also means that our team-building came to an end.

This activity is not only strengthens the relationships between employees, but also enahnced the belt between staffs and the company, which also promote the development of company's culture. Through this activity, everyone knows that the power of individual is not enough but the team's is solid, which means a successful business must be worked by the cooperation of each personels and the company.
